Hosting und Server-Logdaten
Diese Website wird bei Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten, die Ihr Browser automatisch übermittelt: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Seite bzw. Datei, übertragene Datenmenge, Referrer-URL sowie Browsertyp und Betriebssystem. Zur Fehlererkennung kann Ihr Browser außerdem technische Berichte über fehlgeschlagene Verbindungen an Cloudflare senden.
Die Verarbeitung ist erforderlich, um die Website auszuliefern und ihre Sicherheit und Stabilität zu gewährleisten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; unser berechtigtes Interesse liegt im sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb der Website. Wir führen diese Daten nicht mit anderen Daten zusammen und nutzen sie nicht, um Sie zu identifizieren.
Cloudflare verarbeitet die Daten in unserem Auftrag auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags (Art. 28 DSGVO). Dabei können Daten in die USA übermittelt werden. Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; ergänzend gelten die Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission.

Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail schreiben, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben (E-Mail-Adresse, Name, Inhalt der Nachricht), um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit es um einen Vertrag oder dessen Anbahnung geht, andernfalls Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen).
Unser E-Mail-Postfach wird von Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland (Google Workspace) als Auftragsverarbeiter betrieben. Eine Übermittlung in die USA ist möglich und erfolgt auf Grundlage des EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework und der Standardvertragsklauseln.
Wir löschen Ihre Nachrichten, sobald sie für die Bearbeitung nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18) und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20). Soweit wir Daten auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen verarbeiten, können Sie der Verarbeitung aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Schreiben Sie uns dazu an die oben genannte E-Mail-Adresse.
Sie haben außerdem das Recht, sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Für uns zuständig ist die Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
Sonstiges

Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data that your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time of access, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, and browser type and operating system. To detect faults, your browser may also send technical reports about failed connections to Cloudflare.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. We do not combine this data with other data or use it to identify you.
Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to one, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Our mailbox is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google Workspace) as a processor. A transfer to the USA is possible and takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
We delete your messages once they are no longer needed to handle your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
